Viber Bot allows you to send messages to users who initiated the conversation first (through the Viber app). You can listen to Message Received webhook and react appropriately.

Viber also provides tools to let your business be discovered on Viber and links you can share with your users.

Viber Business Messages

Viber has a dedicated Viber Business Messages channel to send messages to users using phone numbers they've associated with their Viber accounts. This channel is meant as a replacement for SMS messages, offering more messaging features (images, buttons) for a lower price compared to SMS.
