RBM Agent can be tested without being launched.

Prerequisites

• Compatible phone (Android 6.0 or newer)
• A carrier that supports RCS
• RBM agent state is created.

Rate Limits

Every day, an agent can send 20 test requests with a total maximum of 200 test requests.
