Salesforce - Webchat

To connect your Salesforce, we will need:

• URL
• Organization ID
• Button ID
• Deployment ID

The Salesforce parameter values have to be provided by the Salesforce owner/admin. They can be found in Setup→ Feature Settings→ Service→ Chat (Live Agent)→ Chat Settings

Head to Company profile > Company information, and look for Organization ID:
